Remedial Therapy (Massage)

Remedial therapy is a targeted form of treatment designed to assess, treat, and restore normal muscle and joint function. It focuses on identifying the root cause of pain, tension, and restricted movement, rather than just relieving symptoms.

Through a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and stretching techniques, remedial therapy helps improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and enhance recovery.

Adding cupping therapy can further assist by increasing blood flow, breaking down fascial adhesions, and promoting faster healing of soft tissues.
